  • Before the conference<\/strong>\u2014arranging transportation from train stations, airports, and designated locations to the conference venue\u2014it often happens that guests traveling on their own book transfers at the same time\u2014from train and bus stations or airports in nearby cities such as Bielsko-Bia\u0142a, Katowice, or Krak\u00f3w. RAPIDO offers individual transfers and combines individual guests into minibus transfers, thereby significantly reducing travel costs for single passengers.<\/li><\/ul>
    • During the conference: shuttle bus services, coach and minibus rentals, guest transfers to side events such as concerts, sleigh rides, dinners, and other activities, ensuring easy travel between hotels, and luxury cars for VIP guests.<\/li><\/ul>

        Prior to the conference, the informational materials include a dedicated email address and phone number<\/strong>; it is also possible to create a website<\/strong> containing information for participants. In this way, we create a dedicated service center\u2014after participants submit a request, they receive a vehicle reservation confirmation; or, with the participants\u2019 consent, transfers are coordinated through our office.
