Large groups – more than 100 passengers, more than 4 coaches. As standard we organize coach transfers (shuttle or simultaneous ) for 100, 200 and 300 people. We are also continually used for conferences in Gołębiewski Hotel and other big hotels in the area of Southern Poland: the Stok, Patria, Almira, Klimczok, Belweder, Angello.

In 2010, in partnership with Arnica, Rapido bus & coach provided coach hire services for OVB Allfinanz. With 700 passengers from 16 Polish cities travelling to Germany for the company’s 40th anniversary celebrations, the logistics had to be very carefully planned. We provided 15 coaches with drivers (including one standby vehicle in case of unforeseen events), 2 coordinators  and photo coverage. Meals were also served.
