Let’s say you’re organizing an event—(a conference, convention, or other event)— participants are spread across multiple venues (a main venue and satellite venues), and due to individual preferences and the desire to attend specific lectures, presentations, courses, or side events, you want to ensure participants can move freely between venues at any time without long wait times, while maintaining comfort.

The SHUTTLE BUS service consists of shuttle service provided by vehicles (minibuses, midibuses, or coaches) between facilities that need to be connected—hotels A and B, as well as C, D, E…
For example:
- 2 vehicles (I and II), 2 locations (A and B) – the vehicles wait near the locations – as soon as a guest from location A gets into vehicle I, the driver departs and sends a signal to driver II at location B, who also departs – the vehicles switch places; the number of vehicles can be increased as needed.
- 1 vehicle, 2 locations (budget option)—transportation between locations A and B is provided by a shuttle bus or coach—the vehicle waits for passengers at each location for approximately 10–20 minutes.
Depending on the distance between locations, the number of participants, and the maximum allowable waiting time before departure, we will develop the optimal solution for you, specifying in advance:
- the number of vehicles needed,
- theoretical and practical capacity—how many people can be transported per hour between points A and B (which is important during periods of expected high traffic),
- maximum wait time for a ride (we usually try to offer options with wait times ranging from 5 to 7 minutes),
- the standard and type of vehicles offered (through descriptions and photos of the actual vehicles),
- the price of the service.
When submitting your inquiry, please include answers to the following questions:
– the names of the hotels and venues that should be served by the transportation service,
– the estimated number of people attending the event,
– the timeframe for the service—specify the dates and times,
– the expected standard of service.
– It is common practice to brand vehicles with a graphic identifier or logo specified by the client—therefore, it is advisable to attach a file with the branding design.
