Transportation of large groups
RAPIDO bus & coach provides transportation for conference participants and organizers and arranges transportation for large groups (up to 1,000 people or more).
We define a large-group transport as a transport involving more than 4 coaches or with more than 100 participants/passengers. We routinely provide transportation for groups of 100, 200, or 300 people, either all at once or on a shuttle basis. We regularly host conferences with over 1,000 participants organized across a group of venues in Wisła (with Hotel Gołębiewski serving as the central location and the following hotels acting as satellite venues: Hotel Stok, Hotel Gołębiewski, Hotel Patria, Villa Almira, Hotel Klimczok in Szczyrk, as well as the Belweder Hotels
and other venues in Ustroń.
2010: RAPIDO bus & coach, in collaboration with P.T. ARNICA, carried out one of the largest transport contracts of the 2010 season in Poland.
At the request of OVB Alfinanz, we organized transportation for approximately 500 people from 10 cities in Poland to a venue in Germany for the company’s 40th anniversary celebration. The transport was carried out using 15 coaches (including one on standby to ensure the journey could continue in the event of a breakdown of any of the vehicles). Two RAPIDO coordinators oversaw the smooth execution of the event, maintaining constant contact with the organizer.
In addition to transportation, additional services were provided, including catering for participants and a photo report.

The company arranged 14 buses for the various groups, which departed from the following cities: Krosno, Kraków, Wrocław, Tychy, Warsaw, and Katowice.
