Stages of providing transportation services for the conference:
- Before the conference—arranging transportation from train stations, airports, and designated locations to the conference venue—it often happens that guests traveling on their own book transfers at the same time—from train and bus stations or airports in nearby cities such as Bielsko-Biała, Katowice, or Kraków. RAPIDO offers individual transfers and combines individual guests into minibus transfers, thereby significantly reducing travel costs for single passengers.
- During the conference: shuttle bus services, coach and minibus rentals, guest transfers to side events such as concerts, sleigh rides, dinners, and other activities, ensuring easy travel between hotels, and luxury cars for VIP guests.
- After the conference—return transfers to train stations, airports, and designated locations—thanks to the size and diversity of our fleet, we guarantee efficient service and a high level of customer satisfaction.

Organization and Coordination – By entrusting us with the organization and coordination of transfers and logistics services, you significantly streamline the process while retaining control and oversight over its execution.
Prior to the conference, the informational materials include a dedicated email address and phone number; it is also possible to create a website containing information for participants. In this way, we create a dedicated service center—after participants submit a request, they receive a vehicle reservation confirmation; or, with the participants’ consent, transfers are coordinated through our office. The service of organizing transportation and coordinating transfers was fully implemented during the conferences held in Wisła at the Gołębiewski and the Stok Hotel—participants and event organizers were provided with comfortable transfers at very competitive rates.
